Aerial Yoga

Virginia has been teaching yoga in Bloomington since 2012. First drawn to yoga by the physicality of the Vinyasa and Ashtanga practices, she slowly discovered the philosophy behind the practice and something shifted inside. In her classes, you will be challenged to trust the process and let go of the results, linking breath and movement to flow between poses and let go of your to do lists.

With over 25 years of experience in dance, gymnastics, and fitness, Liz enjoys challenging her students both physically and mentally in each and every class she teaches. Her mission is to share her love of pole fitness and empower, educate and motivate others to be the best versions of themselves possible. Liz completed a teaching training program at Body and Pole in New York City in 2009 and has taught pole dancing classes throughout New York, Connecticut, New jersey and Indiana ever since. Also being a certified ISSA Personal Trainer, Liz’s style includes a mixture of fitness, body awareness and confidence that only the sport of pole dancing can offer.
