We're happy to be able to offer Live Stream Classes during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We encourage our community to stay connected and healthy through movement. If you are not already a member of the Wild Orchid family, we welcome you with a big virtual hug!
All live stream classes are offered through ZOOM. Please download the ZOOM app on your device before the start of class. Register for class through your Wild Orchid mindbodyonline account. Registrations close 30 minutes prior to the beginning of each class so make sure to sign up in advance! A link to access your online class will be sent to your email on file 30 minutes prior to the start time. All memberships and class passes apply. Single drop-in sessions can also be purchased on a sliding scale. We recognize that these are challenging times and that many folks are financially burdened at this moment. If you are purchasing a single session choose from $10, $15, or $18 based on what your budget allows. 


Live Stream Flexibility

Splits, splits, splits! Take advantage of your time at home to work on your flexibility. Class focus is on body placement and lengthening the most-used muscles and tendons in aerial dance, to increase your body's overall flexibility. Exercises are presented with multiple difficulty options, giving each student the opportunity to tailor their flexibility training to their body's needs.

Live Stream Sexy Floorwork

Master sexy floor-work skills in the comfort of your home. Learn how to weave skills together to create new and exciting flows while connecting with your Wild Orchid community in a safe, encouraging, judgement-free environment. Come and get your SEXY on!

Live Stream Sensual Chair Dance

This class is about YOU. Take a pause from life's chaos and dive into a sensual chair dance experience. Be in community, unwind, and celebrate all that you are.


What to expect:

  • Circle check-in with soul healing prompts

  • Sensual movement grounding session

  • Chair dance skills

  • Short combos


What you'll need:

  1. A chair, preferably with no arms. A low stool or bench will also do. We can get creative!

What we recommend:

Find a private space where you feel comfortable. Make sure you have enough room around your chair to freely extend your arms and legs. Take this opportunity to create sacred space for yourself. If it feels right, light a candle or turn the lights down low. Wear anything that makes you feel good (including your favorite pole outfit or heels).

Live Stream Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is often referred to as "yogic sleep," a state of being between sleep and consciousness that's conducive to deep emotional and physical healing.


Its regular practice has been found to:
reduce anxiety, depression, pain, insomnia, stress related diseases improve immune system. Regular practice of Yoga Nidra, can help you to balance your tensions, control your emotions, relax and harmonize your body and mind.


This class is designed to move you through a few gentle yoga postures to relax and settle the energies of the body. Followed by a comfortable and supported Savasana (resting pose) for 30-40 minute of Yoga Nidra. You will leave class feeling rested and inspired. All experience levels are welcome.
